Conversations at the doors today in Durand were focused on housing, affordability, and how the city can keep pushing back against the Province. I was glad to be able to talk about my experience and connect voters with the facts. There’s a lot of misinformation out there. #HamOnt

Thanks to everyone we talked to at the doors today in the Central neighbourhood. We had great conversations about supporting educators in local schools and better street safety. We stopped by the Fratellanza Racalmutese’s open house while we were out - great live music, on until 11pm. #HamOnt

While you’re out at Supercrawl, stop by the Hamilton Farmers’ Market to check out the Harvest Festival on York Boulevard. During this past term, it was a priority to find new ways to bring people into the market - this is a part of making that happen and it’s wonderful to see. #HamOnt

Appreciate the leadership of Councillor Nann on this. Her message is clear and I agree with her. Council cannot comment on an application that is still actively before the Committee of Adjustment, a tribunal legally established by the Planning Act (the Province) and independent from Council. #HamOnt
