late night experimenting with textures whoo #OC

a digital drawing of a demon-like person with orange-red skin, 4 brown horns, short dark brown hair, and gray-purple armor

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

:)))) thank you so much!!! the sinisterness of the red version almost surprised me a little haha, even though it was just one color it made the image seem so much darker (as in literally darker and more cave-like lol)!

melina looks so amazing!!!!! her hair is just as fluffy and pretty as I imagined, and her expression is perfect for her too! :D thank you so much!!!

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

maybe melina from elden ring? she has very fluffy hair which I think you would draw very well! :)

lyrics are from dive by twice - has nothing to do with the art at all, its just been stuck in my head all day

I just wanted to try drawing something pastel-y so here is voryn again

a pastel digital drawing of dagoth ur from tes3, he is smiling and half-hiding behind his golden mask - in a circle over him are written the words "truth is, 好きなんでしょう" which translates roughly to "truth is, you like it, right?"

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

:'''''') awww thank you so much!!! I'm glad you got the spooky and harsh scratchy vibes, I wanted to try my best to get that ominous cave atmosphere across!!

010

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

:DDDDDD I'm SO glad someone remembers that one cause I still think about it sometimes haha, part of me has always wanted to do a drawing or a series of vivec and the nerevarine's adventures together!!

000

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

☺️☺️ aw heck really? I appreciate it!!! you're 1000% correct about the sixth house red being perfectly ominous for this sort of thing, even just reading this I couldn't help but immediately remember all those dang red candles in ilunibi lmao!

110

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

:)))) thank you so much!!! funnily enough originally the plan was to add some red (specifically around the face/shoulder area) but I wasn't sure if it would just get lost in the rest of the image - but if you think it'd look good as well then I think I will after all!

110

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

😭🥹😭🥹😭 girl I was literally on the verge of deleting it to repost with no tag when I got this notif......... thank you so much!!!!!!!! dramatic dagoth gets to live another day \o/

010

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

I have no idea if this style looks good or not but this dagoth was fun to do, still debating on adding simple colors or not tho

240

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

idk I just kinda like this scratchy ink brush, it's pretty fun to use 🙂

010

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

I want this to be a very shadow-y piece like the ludwig I drew, so I tried to make the anatomy as accurate as possible in order to later draw the shadows correctly... but most of it is going to be in shadow anyway so most of the details here are going to be lost :') aint that always how it goes

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

let 👏 that 👏 bird 👏 eat

same here, gotta love that weird bucket-headed guy :D I wish you MUCH luck with NG+ laurence, he is the 1 boss which I have never ever managed to defeat again 😭

110

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

right?? my first win against him basically only happened because valtr hard carried me through it haha, but now he feels less like a big ultimate scary boss and more like just a normal fight! hoonters like us are suffering from success :')

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

the lil boop on the nose 🥹🥹 I love seeing ranni's more playful side so much!

120

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I LOVE that cutscene!!! I'll never forget the whiplash from that cutscene ending, to turning around and seeing the carriage our character arrived in being hooked up to totally decomposed horses despite the fact we saw them running only a second ago... what a cool map

021

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

heck I should've rewatched the cutscene before I started drawing, I didn't realize his face's "human" side was so red! someone get this man a bandage

110

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I'm copying my ref image as closely as possible this time, I WILL draw him on-model some day

I love his scraggly wizard hat!! 😄

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

I just love how much of a ragtag group the blades are in morrowind ☺️ the whole "secret order of dedicated guards" you see in tes4/5 is fun too but I just really like the idea that it is just A Bunch Of Dudes who happen to work together

LMAO REAL, all she's missing is cherry earrings or something to complete the fruit look! :D I'm a long sword enjoyer through and through, I love hitting those combos & the way the sword glows when you do is SO ANIME & I LOVE IT 🤩 what about you? I also liked DBs when I tried em a for bit in world!

VERY understandable haha, bg3 is SO deep in its details & mechanics - it's what makes it fun, but also a bit intimidating! also LMAO yeah its just a silly lil thing, none of the male party members are classes that specialize in strength, so they've all got dinky strength stats - even this big guy!

here is what my character looked like in-game by act 3, as you can see he keeps the trend of all the men in the party having a pretty low strength stat alive 😂

it REALLY is, out of all the hair colors I like drawing pink the most!! 🥰 I played it for the first time a while ago, I've been thinking about replaying it again tho cause I was super clueless about what I was doing in the early game lmao!

010

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

their lil smiles are so wholesome 🥹🥹🥹 I bet ranni would be a great magic teacher, there's no way she wouldn't start off teaching the rennala's full moon spell right off the bat!! go big or go home!!!!

110

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 thank you so much peach omg....... this was such a nice thing to wake up to, I've been trying my best to learn and improve on my digital art skills so I really appreciate hearing that it's paying off!!!!

not until the magical "enableracemenu" spell is finally invented by the mages guild 😔

couldn't tell you the last time I drew kirch in something sleeveless lol, his shoulders feel so foreign

010

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

the idea is that malvarai tries to fight the gods and loses, and verlot is SUCH a fan of that level of audacity that he happily takes care of malvarai after the fact

callistron @callistron.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

started off just as lineless practice & new brush testing, I didn't expect it to accidentally become eye practice in the middle but that's painting for ya
