i also absolutely understand lucanis’s popularity tho omg i thought i was locked in on taash but then i found that man’s grocery list & was instantly sold. not only does he have a silly demon but he can COOK???

that makes sense!! ig it could also be how late ppl meet davrin and emmrich bc if i remember correctly they’re some of the later companions to show up so ppl might have their parties sorted out already??

this is making me feel crazy in a way i cannot even put into words

romance popularity rankings for dragon age: the veilguard from most to least popular: Neve, Lucanis, Taash, Harding, Bellara, Emmerich

genuinely i cannot stop thinking abt it!!! dimitri coming in from the rain wet dog style except he’s also a tall blonde mysterious woman is sososo good

000

i’m abt to make my noir dmlx yuri just so felix can refer to dimitri as a dame

120

i said i wouldnt post more ff dmlx lyrics but in my defence this is driving me crazy

screenshot of lyrics from skeleton key by flower face: “But where have you been?
A ghost of a lover
Counting my heartbeats
'Till see your hologram eyes
You can take it away
I won't live by my hunger
I'll keep you in still frames
A celluloid dream in the back of my mind
I know we're doomed
Yeah, baby, please don't remind me
I want you the way
That I want to be eaten alive”

030

pls this sounds SO GOOD omg noir just suits them so well

felix using “boar” for dimitri like neff uses “baby” for dietrichson in double indemnity

160

i was initially thinking sylvain could have the PI role but i think actually he needs to be felix’s secretary or something. plus we know canonically that felix is extremely capable of monologuing angstily abt dimitri and who am i to take that from him

160

ok one more post bc i’ve been watching a lot of film noir and i can’t stop thinking abt noir dmlx. felix being hired to find the missing son of some businessman and of course the son turns out to b his estranged childhood friend dimitri. and of course dimitri plays the femme fatale role. of course

i almost made this a like 10-post thread abt my love for flower face but i actually am going to start practicing restraint right now and just write my godforsaken essay urhrushrieheurheudheifhdkfudjdhsgg .

010

i would say particularly the dmlx playlists but i actually totally lack restraint when it comes to them so. she’s pretty common there

every day i wake up and have to restrain myself from adding every flower face song to every playlist i have. hardest battles strongest soldiers
