C, there's a compelling case for DAA im sure but idk i just didnt fw the companions or story as much so it seemed the perfect length as is even tho its short

D if it obliterates all memories of the game so that I still have continuity between the other three, A if not. I just don't think DA2 and DAI would hit the same without DAO for context/worldbuilding.

to clarify, the dog already knows about dubstep

D, much as I like Prowler it's basically the same look as some mage armors, and I modded DA 2 to give my rogue the iconic mage armor instead of the rogue just cause it's like 30% more drip

Merrill: I don't think people are cleansed by fire. I used to believe in things, too. Now, I think maybe it's better just to believe in people. Anders: People make mistakes. Merrill: That's why they need you to believe in them. If you never made mistakes, it wouldn't matter if you believed.

B's banter had so much depth to it, C is a close second but the triggers for some of the best conversations are one-time-only and you have to have the exact right combination of companions at the time and they might not fire anyway.

B is for Bethany! Both as a person and a way to tie Hawke into the Mages vs Templars thing. Mage Hawke just has no skin in the game really since the game goes out of its way to ignore they're a mage. With Carver it's like, well w/e my little brother's a cop, guess I'll tease him a little.

shes like the only one that actually wanted to be there lmao, even my own character was just going through the motions at that point (at least in my head she was)

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

She doesn't even have a HOUSE! she sleeps in an easily-invaded campsite with a DOG and a RELIGIOUS MAN who YELLS AT HER and a DRUNK CREEP

010

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

A, she is the most put-upon girl in the whole world

110

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 21/08/2026

D but only because B doesn't clarify whether its Bethany or that crusty dishtowel Carver.

120

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 20/08/2026

A, she is somehow the least likely to fuck everything up. Well, her and Bell, but she's basically a child during this time period.

Five years!? I better be going somewhere cool.

130

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 17/08/2026

A, she's the main character of DA for better or for worse

030

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

C. Gawd, that was a practical choice because he had a shield and heavy armor but it was also a toughie

010

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

meanwhile my hof was just going through the motions while lowkey beefing with half the crew, sleeping with three of them (plus a certain pirate) and wishing she was anywhere else but in the middle of all that bs

010

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

020

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

B, there's not a whole lot to him but I like how you can have interesting conversations and challenge his beliefs (especially if you're a female warden)

140

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Gotta give it to the Bull, he probably wouldn't even seem drunk by the end of it.

010

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 05/08/2026

I grouse about Aveline sometimes bc she's part of a pattern but good god it's Merrill. It's always been Merrill.

030

rockabilly disaster lesbian @calliamity.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

B, only not an A because she's another of bioware's "lol GOTCHA, this butch woman is actually hetero!" characters and maybe im the only one that cares about that but anyway shes fine
