Kushner’s firm, Affinity Partners, manages more than $6 billion in assets, drawn mainly from foreign sovereign wealth funds, according to the lawsuit. Kushner, however, has said he’s a volunteer, not a government official, and therefore isn’t subject to financial disclosure requirements.
