She has all the power in her district to do what she'd do as mayor. Room to experiment and fine tune, but what has happened? Look I realize you want her, so you minimize her flaws or ignore them entirely. That makes you her advocate, but not very realistic about her real capabilities.

The only ID I saw was a US Government licence plate on the van. That plate is traceable to the motor pool it came from. And then supposedly, to the agency that checked it out. But good luck getting the information.
