My mom didn't want us to watch it but my dad didn't care. My sister and I loved watching the first ten or so seasons. We got them all on dvd and they were so well-written and funny. Sometimes a coworker and I will randomly spit out random quotes from episodes out of nowhere and just laugh.

It's a pretty fun movie. I think the director did a good job of telling an original story in the vibe of the games. I thought it was good. Tbh I also love the other movies, they are guilty pleasures but in a trashy way.

To be honest, I thought it was great. It didn't adapt a game or have characters, but it had a breakneck pacing with intense moments, gore and monsters, survival horroresque, good direction. It captured the spirit of the creepiest parts of the games and had the spirit and vibe of RE. It was fun!
