They want cheap oil to meet the massive energy needs of AI data centers. The AWS data center being built in Missouri needs almost as much power as the entire state. They know Democrats and their morals won’t get them what they want but Trump will. The proof is the friendly WH dinner w/bin Salman.

I don’t think the “who isn’t white” qualifier is accurate, more importantly it perpetuates the idea that injustice of this nature does not happen to white people. In fact, if it happens to one, it can happen to any. We are either all safe from such egregious injustices, or none of us are safe.

The election is the culmination of a long term Republican strategy. Reagan’s FCC rolled back rules preventing the monopoly of media markets, and put out the red carpet for Murdoch’s messaging. Only reality will penetrate that bubble now and we need to be ready to jump on it when it bursts.

One of the few things that infuriated me about the Obama administration was its Russia-related failures including the proxy war we fought with Russia in Syria. Finally, under Biden, and largely because Biden and Zelensky forced the Russian military to fight on two fronts, Assad’s regime has fallen.

There may be some things you don’t know re: the history of our national debt or what drives inflation. Relative to the size of the economy only two presidents, GW Bush and Lincoln, grew our national debt more than Trump, whose tax cuts increased it by $7.5 trillion before the pandemic even started.

As a Virginia resident I can say that Tim Kaine works effectively for us and for all Americans. He protected the rights and interests of miners AND addressed climate change (EMBRACE Act). He personifies the Democratic ideals my granddad, an Irish immigrant miner, fought so hard for. Thanks Senator!
