Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 03/05/2026Absolutely run over by @stybs.bsky.social with my wildly uncastable, double-splashed nonsense stranded in hand. Someday I'll learn my lesson. Today will not be that day. #brucon 050
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 25/04/2026Blood on the Clocktower is great and I strongly encourage people to try it if they get the opportunity. Just got out of playing for ~5 hours 120
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 08/04/2026New project. There's some utter nonsense that I'm pretty sure @lowbeyonder.bsky.social would be into. 320
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 04/04/2026Maybe this will be the year I get really into book binding. 030
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 14/02/2026Book club for the month is Salt Crop by Yume Kitasaei. Only halfway through but had a sentence that made me stop absolutely dead and think about my life choices. It's very good. 000
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 12/01/2026Some in progress plus final from this weekend. This one's not the prettiest thing I've done, but it's very personal. This deck led to some wild experiences and incredible people. Collecting and upgrading pieces was a whole thing. Retiring it marked a big change in my approach to the format. 031
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 11/01/2026Dug up a cool relic to add to this. Blood in the water, Ib nation stand up, etc. 130
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 09/01/2026Most recent silly frame. Nothing exciting or interesting about it. It's just something that makes me smile 220
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 31/12/2025Bonus, because I deserve a treat: strawberry ice cream with chopped dark chocolate. Mascerated strawberries with lemon and sugar. Cream, eggs, and vanilla. 220
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 30/12/2025Newest food experiment - Borscht. I don't do much with this cuisine and have never really leaned into beets before. 020
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 24/12/2025I am not artistically inclined, but I sure did make an effort. I think “rustic” is the word 🤣 340
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 15/12/2025Still staying pretty basic, but I'm glad to have my aunt's art framed up. Only took 6 months. I desperately want more variety in colors, but I'm not ready to head to a specialty store yet. 021
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 29/11/2025I told @vorthosmike.bsky.social I would learn to frame things. Here's my first non-trivial project. It's a hall of fame of commanders I've played over many years. Lots of nostalgia and now I get to display it 393
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 08/11/2025Very interesting, but the rulebook was *rough*. I think there's a lot to like though. 030
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 31/10/2025It's been a long time coming, but I told @vorthosmike.bsky.social I'd figure it out. First attempts aren't the prettiest, but framing is happening. I can imagine getting really into this. 140

Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 17/06/2025I have some of my aunt's old art to frame/put up. Sometimes good things come out of crisis. @vorthosmike.bsky.social for reasons. 140
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 22/04/2025Life is currently chaotic, but I'm alive. Thanks to @andrewmagrini.bsky.social for the push to see how things are here. Any known associates - intermittent check ins or distractions are overwhelmingly appreciated right now. 250
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 28/10/2023Logged into MTGO for the first time in awhile to find my collection gone. That’s a fun surprise. 110
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 02/10/2023This deck also melts my brain with Precursor Golem math. I require actuarial tables for initial number of precursor golems, golem tokens, and number of copies the spell creates that tabulates the final state. 130
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 01/10/2023Tentatively excited about casual magic again. Currently iterating on a commander deck where this is genuinely one of the best cards in the deck: 270
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 21/09/2023Love hearing from friends like @andrewmagrini.bsky.social and @kyleccarson.bsky.social on @falsepodmtg.bsky.social . It brings joy that we have such different approaches to things but have meandered back to games everyone enjoys. 051
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 13/08/2023I think I’m going to try putting something together out of stuff I own and only upgrade with recommendations from games played 120
Carlos @cag5383.bsky.social · 09/08/2023I have lots of legends I would love to build around, but I’m just not invested enough to do it anymore. 150
