Juneteenth was my mom's favorite holiday and every year she would take a selfie at the entrance of the ER she worked at and tell people to come find her if they didn't support the holiday 🤣 She passed in November last year so I'm posting on her behalf. May her spirit find you at the nearest ER.

I think contextually it is important that Niantic Games was sold off and acquired by Scopely who are owned by Savvy Games which is an investment branch of the Saudi Arabian government. This was a strategic investment to get access to the data by a foreign government with no ethical concerns.

I'm anti-pesticide (for my personal garden) and this year I tried something new. I keep a watering dish out for the birds/bees/wild life in my yard and the one the birds prefer to use has also now become the bug sacrifice dish. The birds have picked up on this and it's their new favorite thing.
