actually shocked i could fill out another one fully (template by taxkha 💕) 🎨 #art #BRart #artsummary #2025artsummary

Art summary of 2025, it's a circle divided into traingular shapes each showcasing one artwork I did for every month of the year. Three of those pieces have big golden stars surrounding them to show they are the ones I'm particularly proud of. The background is a dark brown with little sparkles, like the night sky.

listen to your doctor!! i heard he bites when pissed off 🐆 🎨 #art #doodle #BRart #caffee_oc #oc #ocsky #castrella

An artwork that's formated like a Tumblr post. At the top it reads "Phel is concerned that you might not have loved yourself enough today" followed by a simple colored drawing of my oc, Astrophel.
Who is an intimidating looking snow leopard man with tanned skin and black tipped long white hair pulled into a ponytail, wearing a black turtleneck and a shoulder guard on his left side. He stares disapprovingly at the viewer with his arms crossed and his eyebrows furrowed. Like he's scolding you for not loving yourself enough today.
The text at the bottom reads "I'll do it for you, Phel".

the anual festivities of sundance are slowly starting in castrella! ☀️💃🕺🌕 the perfect opportunity to give phel yet another outfit so he can be the prettiest girl at the party 🌙💅✨ 🎨 #art #illustration #BRart #caffee_oc #oc #ocsky #castrella

Digital fullbody illustration of my oc Astrophel, showing his Sundance outfit.
Phel is a tall and muscular man with tan skin and snow leopard features, such as an extra pair of ears and a big fluffy tail. His outfit is moon themed and consists of a plain suit, dress pants and dress shoes all in pure white with very delicate silver details, the biggest splash of color being a deep blue velvet sash that turns into a cape with a lot of little sparkly details meant to make it look like he’s just wearing a piece of the night sky. Attached to it there’s a big crescent moon silver brooch with a moonstone in the middle. His long white hair is tied up in a bun with a braid around it, blue stargazer lilies are tucked into it. The same flowers appear on his earrings. On his hands Phel has many rings and nail guards on his pointing and middle fingers, all in silver.

it was his bday on the 5th. so happy late bday dokkitor meowstrophel argenyan!!! 🥺💞🌙✨ 🎨 #art #illustration #BRart #caffee_oc #oc #ocsky #castrella

Digital bust illustration of my oc, Astrophel. A handsome snow leopard man with tan skin, thick dark eyebrows, facial markings, chin strap beard with goatee and multiple moles. He's standing on a pale blue background meant to ressemble a bright winter day, snowflakes softly falling around him. He's completely facing the left so only one side of his face can be seen, but his green eye looks directly at the viewer. White wavy hair mostly left loose with two braids woven only on the left side, it seems to almost glow. He's wearing winter clothes such as a white cloack with black fur and a blue cozy scarf tied around his neck, his many piercings sparkle in the sunlight.
The entire piece it's meant to have a very peaceful and candid feeling to it, like you just caught his gaze by chance on a frigid winter day.

thank u sm for the tag!!! 💖 i don't have much to show because stopped drawing my ocs for a while but!!! they're coming back (slowly)!!!! 🥹 let me yap about them for a moment,,,

Bust digital artwork of my oc, Shiroi. He is a older man with dark skin, piercing light blue eyes with red slit pupils and golden sclera, thick and permanently furrowed eyebrows. He has a bit of red eyeshadown around his eyes. His black hair is super long and full of volume, most of it is tied in a high ponytail but two good chuncks are in braids over his shoulders but behind his ears. He has a extended goatee black beard, his mustache is long and antennae shaped. He is a dragon and some draconic traits can be seen even in his human form, namely his hands are bigger and fully made of white scales with big golden claws, his ears are shaped like a cow's and white with a light blue interior. He has huge antlers made of gold that have a bit of a wood texture, also a few white scales over his nose.

He is wearing a sleeveless black turtleneck with gold trimming, a desaturated blue kimono with the seigaiha wave pattern and a beautiful haori on top of it all. His haori is half dark blue (left) half white (right), the white half is plain but the dark blue has cloud and wave patterns.

He is in a light blue sky background, his golden horns and claws sparkle with the sunlight, blue ulysses butterflies are perched on his horns and shoulders. He is looking down with a serious but serene expression at a single butterfly gently resting on his right hand. Despite his permanent scowl and furrowed eyebrows he looks content.

Fullbody illustration of my oc, Vincent. He is a brown skinned older man with multiple moles scattered around his skin, most of the right side of his body is covered in a starburst shaped scar. His chestnut hair is cut short, side-parted to the right. His eyes are the same color as his hair, the right one being blind. He is wearing a dark brown button up shirt with gold vertical stripes - the top buttons and red ribbon he usually has around his neck undone, showing just a peek of his chest - the right sleeve is tied up as he lacks a right arm. His light brown slacks are showing his egg themed socks and sock garters. He also wears small diamon shaped gold earrings, small oval shaped gold glasses and a sun shaped brooch with a moonstone.
He looks smug at the viewer, holding a book close to his face, doing the pin-up girl pose with his long legs up while laying in a comfortable vintage looking bed, multiple ornate pillows are around him and a gold tray with a cup of coffee and toast lays on the bed.

ah, i forgor but on top of the ENTIRE piece i'll have a correction layer with no saturation (so it's all black & white). i use it to check the values of my colors from time to time ✨

i do this sorta down ⬇️ right➡️ movement on the color wheel to get my colors to look more interesting.

when i'm satisfied then i will merge the layers into one. i recommend while you're working to put all your layers (lines, colors, shadows) in a folder, make a copy of that folder, merge one folder into a single layer and keep the unmerged folder underneath it

i think the best way to describe my process would be sketch > refining > base coloring > basic shading > merge layers > render > finishing touches (this time i also had to mess around a bit with my colors because i wasn't liking them lol)

screenshot of a sketch work in progress.

screenshot of the same sketch but it's cleaner and has base colors.

screenshot of the same sketch but the colors have been adjusted and there are basic shadows.
