But in doing so, Im getting constant crashes, projects not opening, less than 1fps playback, all because im using their dithering a few times... Like, my WHOLE system freezes when I open certain things or try to move a layer. Come on man. Thats like, inexcusable for mograph software. Ffs

So like, I dont think one could blame the user for wanting to use features that they offer as part of the software... They have pretty sweet video filters, I want to work with video, so I am ofc inclined to use them

Specifically as it pertains to using video content The fact that my GPU will be at 4%, but ram at 98% and my whole system freezing from a SMALL HANDFUL of videos with effects on it is CRAZY bad... Like, I get its not *meant* for video but it actually offers a pretty robust set of effects for it...

I have now tried Cavalry as an AE replacement for a while now It is SO nice for flat motion graphics and complex procedural animation. Lots of suuuper great tools over AE But OH MY GOD this thing is the most memory inefficient piece of graphics software I have ever used....

Kinda! Our rules were 1. Everyone takes one turn before we rotate 2. No one player or deck can play consecutive turns 3. You can't mana-fuck someone, you have to play lands and ramp if you can 4. You have to swing and block like normal if you can Everything else was pretty much fair game haha
