en2ja+ is now merged with the base en2ja in the recent beta/alpha, you can migrate the old dictionary data by copying all of it except the version number to the latest yaml, you can see this in the vb's folder (en2ja.yaml and the en2ja(backup).yaml)

Tutorial explaining the steps to install the new phonemizers
1. Delete the old phonemizer in the Open Utau/Plugins folder.
2. Drag and drop the new phonemizer to install it, choose "Ok".
You should see a confirmation message at the bottom of your Open Utau window.
3. Close and reopen the software. The phonemizer should appear under the FR language tag. If Open Utau crashes, please check that you have deleted the old phonemizer.
