Sketch of Scylla, the biggest pistrix of all time... we're trying to create a design of her faster than usual, because we need to make a beautiful illustration of her, and if we succeed, she'll be exhibited at an art show! Yahoo! #DigitalArt #OdysSea #Merfolk #Pistrix #Sketch #Fantasy

Digital sketch of Scylla, a gigantic female pistrix (a sea monster reminiscent of a mermaid in its composition, with a humanoid torso and two arms, atop a very long tail) wearing a traditional Sicilian headdress, similar to that worn by the "Teste di Moro" (typical Sicilian vases).
To the side of her is a sketch of what her face looks like when her mouth is fully open, resembling the head of a draconian monster.
Next to the main figure of Scylla are two figures (a human, Seraphin, and another pistrice, Sangreal) for size comparison.
