Today is #WorldSnakeDay! The best thing to do is to just leave snakes alone, especially in City Open Space or undeveloped areas. Call 311 for assistance, if you encounter a snake on your property and are uncomfortable with it, or suspect it may be venomous (rattlesnakes). #OneAlbuquerque

You may have heard this in the news. Cyclospora is a germ that can cause stomach illness after eating contaminated food. Symptoms usually start 2-14 days after exposure and may include watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and tiredness. For emergencies, call 911. #PublicHealth
