Je tergiverse entre encrer ma BD à la main ou à la tablette et honnêtement, je sens venir l'anévrisme. Encrer à la main: fun mais long car scan et cleanup! À l'ordi: rapide, mauvais pour la posture et pas d'originaux. ARGHHHH!!

Take writing a newsletter for example. It takes 5-7 hours of work each month, from drafting to sending it out. But as an unexpected side effect, writing about my projects with enthusiasm has made me really good at writing grant applications and pitches. The tedious work IS part of the work.

I learned so much work and life skills by doing the grunt work myself for years. All those things AI companies deem "automatable". Do I "enjoy" doing my taxes? Reading contracts? Managing files? Not really. But I'm now relatively good at a bunch of "adult" stuff that don't seem that daunting now.

Le CALQ qui t'envoies des emails "Hey, on a quelque chose à te dire à propos de ta demande de bourse, non, pas par courriel, viens nous voir, vite vite!" pis là tu log-in après 14 étapes de vérifications pour voir l'état de ta demande. "Faque on check ça là lol"

The Muse mascot has the same visual impact as a sheet of paper towel. It's the endgame of the boring 3D, vaguely kawaii, harmless character design that's been plaguing advertising for a while. The equivalent of a minimalist decor moodboard, a soy late and the embodiment of mayonnaise.
