Why is the US such a depraved place? In countries around the world authorities are following up on the Epstein case, launching their own investigations and rooting out wrongdoers, but the US has not only quit the job, but is actively trying to supress evidence and obstruct justice. What perversion!

Didja see John Kennedy, the Bayou Senator, holding up a an "exhibit" that showed Jack Smith lied to Congress. Either he was a party to that childish attempt at fraud or else he's too gullible to be a Senator. The man has the resources of the United States at his beck and call, but got sucked in? Wow

My take from the Smith hearings: To be a GOP senator today, you have to be a lying piece-of-shit, who puts loyalty to party & our lying piece-of-shit president, above their oaths to the Constitution & their obligations to tell the truth & do what rights to the American people! Repost if U agree

Sen. John Kennedy of La. advises that leaders must tackle the high cost of living, rein in government spending, and focus on practical solutions instead of political self-promotion. Bwahahaha. His votes for the BBB, for profligate spending, and against the war powers resolution caused the problem.

Banning Canadian whisky is yet another example of perverted and unsound thinking. Whatever the US thinks it will gain will never be worth the suffering. Trump is only holding a gun to his own head and thinks that's effective negotiation. He is a very confused senior citizen. He's killing commerce!

If women were in charge of the world, wouldn't rape be punished more severely than murder? Or certainly no less. Leaving a living victim provides little or no reason to treat rape less seriously than murder, in my view. And people that vote for rapists are lower than a snake in a wagon track.

Congratulation, Americans. You can personally take responsibility for little babies starving in Cuba. Your tax dollars are hard at work causing suffering and disease to families across the globe. A million people were displaced due to your war with Iran You deal out suffering wholesale.

When Trump says "you're a bad person" again to some journalist asking him a pointed question, I'd love to hear them say, "I'm not the one that's a convicted felon."

The failure of these government employees to respond to inquiries from the press demonstrates that they are not even minimally interested in serving the public, which is a sine non qua for government work. Trump hires people to punish Americans, not to serve them. They are outlaws, pure and simple.

The US simply cannot recover its status in the world. Once you elect somebody with a background of raping children and women and assisting in sex trafficking children, it's too late. When you know a place hires "those kind of people" you never go back, and you forbid your kids to go there, too.

Joe @caballojoe.bsky.social · 26/09/2026
Protecting kids is focal now seeing that Republicans are so involved in protecting child molesters. It's a sad world when pedophilia has to be in the news every day because Trump was involved in sex trafficking children But if you see one of the new FBI agents lurking around, worry about your dog!

One one party lacks vision and the other has a clear vision. The clear vision is of a dystopic fascist state, but at least it's clear. I'm not really sure what the vision of the Democrats is, if their is a collective one. They seem to view themselves as having tied hands.

It's hard to understand rural voters and farmers. As one who farmed myself, I know there is a bit of masochism involved, but voting for a guy who's gonna lose you your farm and your local hospital is curious behavior indeed. Delicious short story by Roald Dahl, Parson's Pleasure. Read that!

There are women who deny and cover up the sexual abuse of their own children in order to protect their relationship with their husband. And there are women who vote for Trump. Same category. Not sure which is worse. Both condone child molestation.

There are a lot of places to live in this world that embrace American values, but the US isn't one of them.

To American that are still sane, I'm sorry about all this, but 30% of Americans are so abhorrent that the rest of us can't make up for it. Some of you love liberty, democracy, and free trade. You embrace immigrants. You cherish diversity and reject racism. The rest are insufferable, selfish boors

Despite corruption, e-vehicles are taking hold in the market. Imagine that we would have all electric vehicles if it weren't for bought-off politicians. In these critical times where the world is faced with existential crises like global warming we have to cut off all special interests/lobbying.

I'm not sure if people realize it, but when somebody stands up in defense of the Constitution, Republicans consider them radicals. Republicans do not like the Constitution. They think it was a terrible idea from the start. Liberal democracies are not their thing.

Well, well, well. Electric semi-trucks ARE currently operating on American roads and are cost efficient if deployed full-time and have access to recharging, with range up to 500 miles. WTF. They should all be electric! Come on you idiot policy makers, get with program!

The Republicans are very inefficient. They should have nominated Putin for President of the US and cut out the middleman. As it is now, Trump has to telephone Putin, change policy, telephone Putin, change policy. It's a huge waste of time.

A pop choice of punishment these days is dishing out more, like catching a kid smoking so you make him smoke a whole pack in front of you. If you block the Strait, then we'll block it, too. And, oh, you want to kick reporters out of the press pool? How about NO press pool? I see a pattern.

What a fucking Bozo! The Iran war is ramping up again faster than gas and diesel prices. There are no more lies of Iran "begging for a deal." It has become a wide-reaching regional war with Iran proxies attacking in multiple countries and the US hiding damage to US bases bombed to smithereens.

Joe @caballojoe.bsky.social · 21/09/2026
Trump, with all due respect, you're an asshole. Making a child molester President of the US was foolhardy. For my personal life, however, you did one good thing. You exposed Republicans. The ones that aren't child molesters (if any) are cowards or racketeers. Now I know, never trust a Republican.

Trump could put up a statue of a banana and say it contains munitions so that no court will interfere, because it pertains to national security. That's the gig with the Arch. Making it a subject of defense, he thinks, will make it full-proof against the courts.

It would be funny if, when Trump falls asleep during a cabinet meeting, everybody clears the room so that when he wakes up, nobody's there. Where is the cabinet sense of humor? Talk about missing an opportunity!

Today I need my best posture and poise and to think about keeping my elbows up as I compete in waltz, tango, foxtrot, cha cha, rumba, swing, hustle, salsa, mambo, night club 2-step, west coast swing, and Argentine tango. Back engaged, good head position, arms active. Frame intact. Energy 100%.

I reported the fact that Trump killed the Ayatollah, his daughter, his son-in-law, and his little baby granddaughter, not even two years old, and discussed some of the probable consequences of doing that, but the post was taken down by Bluesky. I wan't advocating violence, just making predictions

In upstate New York there is a curious monument to Benedict Arnold that does not bear his name. It's called Boot Monument. How about we inscribe that as "The Donald J Trump and Benedict Arnold Memorial Monument."

Blanche may be jailed before he ever produces the court ordered Epstein files in Katie Phang's case. The Judge has made an airtight case for contempt as he ordered that any claim of ambiguity in his Order must be filed by 9-21. Document production is required by 9-24. Expect a Show Cause Order 9-25

If Trump asked Ukraine to stop hitting Russia's refineries, Ukraine can count on those refineries being the Achilles heel of Russia, and should step up those attacks. I would guess Trump probably asked this of Ukraine to try and help Russia after speaking w/ Putin. Thankfully, Trump always fails.

The right to vote is a birthright. It is a not just a symbol, but is the actual manifestation of your natural rights as a human being. The fact that a felon and his gang of racketeers tried to steal my vote in 2016, were indicted for it, but got away with impunity, is a big deal.

I sent a note to the Mike Rogers campaign. I said the position of US Senator from the State of Michigan is too important to hand to somebody who won't stand up and fight. I want to know if he's going to agree to a debate. If he won't stand up and fight for Michigan now, he surely won't later.

It seems the US is totally and probably irrevocably fucked. BRIC assembled an economic and political alliance that cuts the US off from half the world's population with the New Delhi Declaration, which enables settlement of financial transactions w/o touching US dollars. Iran is in, the US out.

Joe Biden was awfully crafty to beat down inflation, create jobs and improve American's lives by almost every metric only to arrange for the country to fall apart upon his successor's inauguration. So crafty! How could he be so smart? Trump claims he's been out-maneuvered by Biden on every front!

Fuck AI. It doesn't work. AI is seriously trying to contend that the GOP in power still favors free enterprise, despite the extreme protectionist measures, the tariffs, and the trade wars the GOP has instituted. If that's free enterprise, fucking Artificial Intelligence will buy a pig in a poke.

My understanding of the Republican Platform, without hyperbole, is that the GOP does not want people to be well-fed, well-educated or have access to healthcare if it interferes with the military budget or tax breaks for wealthy political donors. I don't think they'd disagree with that.

You might think me cruel, but America's top representative should not be an intolerably smelly man with no bowel control. That's not the way entreat allies. We need somebody that's smart and smells good. Isn't that International Relations 101?

Perhaps questions should win awards. This would be a candidate, posed by reporter Rachel Scott of ABC News: Why do you need to promise $5,000 to voters if your policies are already working?

I suppose we just have to have bad things in this life like screwworms and Cyclospora and Salmonella. I remember living in a first world country, where such things were so rare that if a person did get a food-borne illness, they never saw it coming. But in the 3d world, we always think about it.

The current idiocy finds businesses in Ontario concluding that they need to move to the States and businesses in the States concluding they must move to Ontario. I am an open borders guy. I just don't see any problem with it. Unless you're Big Brother, you shouldn't either. This is ridiculous.

Trump is so stupid he doesn't realize a coin has two sides. Another name for a trade deficit is a good surplus. If you eliminate the trade deficit you by definition eliminate the goods surplus, making everything harder to get and more expensive. His economic program is designed to make us poorer.

I usually don't post videos because they are time consuming, and I didn't watch the whole thing, but the excellent summation by Congressman Raskin should be watched for it's historical perspective and frank characterization of the Republican Congress. Maybe 6 or 7 minutes of this video.

Ever go into a business and get met with hostility? It's hard to understand. Why would a business owner want to chase business away? Trump does that. He claims he will cut off trade and commerce completely with some countries. That's not running the government like a business. Those are customers!
