If you’re in NYC, be careful: Flu (Influenza) levels are off the charts. I almost didn’t leave my apartment for a while, then went to a couple restaurants…and got infected. Out sick. We need HEPA ventilation in all indoor commercial spaces. Restaurants, bars, etc.

Big fire in a building in northern Manhattan, maybe Harlem, project building apparently, thick black smoke. Seems like around 130th St and Park Ave. Fire and smoke still going. Called 911 and fire department and both were despondent, unhelpful, and plain rude. What are we paying taxes for again?
