Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg (D) is declaring victory after taking a sizeable lead with about 70% of precincts in. It appears that Progressive Shameka Parrish-Wright will take second, meaning we'll have a runoff in Nov. without a Republican candidate. @lpm.org
