Do you ever procrastinate working on the number one priority, but instead, work on other things that need to be done eventually so really you're putting it off, but still doing your future self a solid #selfemployed

Truly the best season out there is flower season #embroidery #flowerseeds

Keep making and sharing your art. It is vital, especially now. My energy levels have been extraordinarily low and it has been near impossible to paint, but scrolling and seeing your art has been such a gift. Thank you, beautiful artists!

I think this Colourful Cactus might be my fave new pattern from the Desert Dreams collection 🌵✨ It was very satisfying to pull some vibrant shades & do a bit of layering work with the bigger flowers! You can find this colourful now in shop! ☀️ #embroidery #artistsonbluesky

I know we are going through a wave of non-filtered/edited content right now & I think it’s so refreshing for authenticity sake, but just a reminder that editing can bring SO much back to a grim photo. The contrast, the correct colour matching and even the exposure can do wonders #contentcreation

I’ve been in the habit of posting cameraroll “crumbs” for the past few years every month or so as a way of documenting & reflecting on things that have happened & more recent memories & although it seems obvious, it truly helps draw up gratitude for the day to day + small joys #romanticizeyourlife

I think any creator just wants to be appreciated. They want someone to lean in and notice the thought process or the tiny details, they want the hours they spend working on a painting, recipe, poetry, song, etc to be pondered and given light. When that appreciation appears, it’s such gift…

This “Spring Scene” embroidery pattern was inspired by the oval shape of the frame! I’ve used the leaves around the edges in the past, but this scene combines the egg shape, the bunny & the pastel colours so nicely 🌸🫶🏻 #embroidery #eastercraft
