Today's Fattytober piece will be delayed, double feature tomorrow.

Butt-er flux @butterflux.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

While I want to believe the idea of art challenges like Fattytober is to have fun and exercise art muscles, I can't help but have the fear that participating in them will only cement my bad drawing habits.

Oh right, got to mention this here as well. My college's finally over, got all my stuff done. Hopefully I will be able to start drawing more again.

I think I'm getting why art teachers go over things with obnoxiously clashing pens on WIP artworks. I'm doing that with my own projects right now and it's activating my neurons.

It’s a vocal minority but I greatly dislike the people who are very demanding when it comes to fatfur art. Seeing comments like “this needs color” “make them fatter” “this needs audio” “where is the next part of this sequence” “when are you uploading your patreon exclusives” gets very irritating…

"Your birthday colour" and other similar things but try making December something else than holiday themed challenge (100% fail).

There's a fun new app available that can change your appearance on any photo you send in... ...yes, only on the photo. It definitely doesn't have an effect on your actual body. A bit self-indulgent idea featuring @tyrothething.bsky.social. It was a little inspired by his recent birthday drawing.

A fat anthro Fuecoco stands in front of a lanky anthro Dewott with a phone in his hand.

He says:

"Hey, I found a cool new app! You can upload your photo and use sliders to change how you look in it. Here let me show-"

The sentence ends abruptly.

Both Pokemon now stand in front of each other with their bodies completely changed. A tall huge-bellied Skeledirge with a fiery beard and a less, but still fat Samurott with thick greyish hair growing all over his body.

Both of them have visibly aged and got a shocked and embarrassed look on their faces.
