4) Know when you need a break. It takes time for your body to adjust to being caged. It’s slow but steady process of having longer and longer runs of caging. Identify what makes it uncomfortable for you. These are the problems for you solve over time.

2) Go get sized first! I’ve accumulated so many Kink3D cages and rings in trying to find the right size. If you’re lucky enough to someone size you first, you’ll save a lot. If you can’t, no shame in the knockoffs until you find something comfortable.

1) Being locked long-term is about problem solving. Everyone has different cage issues, but you have to try things until something works. For example, chaffing under my balls has been a big issue. I tried different solutions until ended up using Aquaphor has my lubricant of choice.
