Your guess is correct. Its an intel processor and I BELIEVE an AMD board though I could be wrong about that. Its an 8 year old pre-built desktop with 15 year old hardware so.... idk.

I don't think its the power supply, lights still come on when its plugged in, it could be the motherboard or processor, could be the case itself... troubleshooting has left me with no definitive answers and I reeeeeeally can't afford to take it into a shop right now. 🫤
