At Duke, I took an undergrad course entitled “Constitutional Law.” We reviewed numerous SCOTUS decisions-Dred Scott, Brown v. Board, etc. About one case, a student lamented it was a shame politics had affected the result. The Prof dryly replied: “Why do you think this is a Political Science course?”
