I only mod a couple places, but I do have a habit of taking a long look at peoples' posts here or FA in search of red flags. Sus people should get the boot before they even make it to the main channels. "No pawlitics uwu" is like the easiest red flag, because it usually means their views suck.

It should mute the tag and just the word (without hashtag), but only if you set it up that way when you add it to your filter. There's an option to mute the tag, or to mute tag AND word.
