went on a wintery walk with @strawberrymoney.bsky.social and found a TNG fan zine from 1992 in the snow? After some digging I found that it is part of issue #17 of "Stargazer" from the International Audience Alliance for Patrick Stewart.

Last month my husband and I took a blacksmithing class. It was SO FUN to do something creative that was so outside of what I would usually think possible.

Anyway I want to go back to Japan so heckin bad. Here are a few more of my favorite shots from my 2018 trip.

Tokyo also sparked my love of photography. I had taken a digital photography class in high school but the infinite textures and dynamic lighting of Tokyo made me (happily) dizzy. And I haven’t stopped snapping pics since!

Looking back, I think it was the back streets of Tokyo that sparked my love of walkable cities. They were so cozy and felt extremely safe to walk down, even with the parking on one side, and even in the middle of the night.

It is night and a small street is lit by ambient signs, vending machines and street lights. There are small cars parked along one side, but it is clear this street was made for wandering down by foot.
