Have most of my #battletech aces box painted, and started priming and basing a clan invasion box, clan striker star, and a Jade Hawk. Army Painter red gemstone looks great for cockpit glass, might try adding some highlights to really make them pop.

Warmer weather means I can get more miniatures primed and painted. I have yet to finish these but I started some clan mechs in a Ghost Bear Alpha Galaxy theme. They still need some cockpit glass, accents, and cleanup but this is them so far

After finally getting some more miniatures primed in spite of the cold weather, I decided to take a different approach to this Shadow Hawk. Based in silver first and have been painting over the armor panels avoiding the edges to try giving it a sort of worn and used look. Not finished but it’s close

An in progress Shadow Hawk Battlemech, first base coated in silver followed by painting on a blue layer over the panels. I avoided the edges to give it a more worn and aged appearance.

Added some white and orange accent stripes to multiple panels and the antennae, a blue plasma paint in for the laser on the right torso, and the base hex painted a dirty yellow to provide a nice base for some sand to added in the future.

Ive only recently started playing a few months ago and I don’t have anything written or even a solid name I like yet, but these are some of the mechs I’ve been painting in a unified color scheme.

Archer, Stinger, Valkyrie, Marauder in Army Painter Angel Green with tiger stripes in Greenskin

Raven and Enforcer painted in the same color scheme, with the Victor almost completed and the Hunchback base coated in Angel Green

Recently finished painting more #Battletech miniatures, an Archer and a Stinger, in the same color scheme as the Awesome and Battlemaster. I’ve been getting better and more confident in my painting and adding extra details like patterns. Planning to paint the Marauder like the Archer soon.

I’ve been working on some miniature painting from the Battletech: A Game Of Armored Combat box. I feel I’ve been learning a lot with them so far and I’m down to the last miniature of the box, the Battlemaster. The game itself is also tons of fun #painting #minipainting #miniaturepainting #battletech

I tried experimenting with the Thunderbolt but ultimately wasn’t too happy with it. Transitioned instead to giving a rusty look and decided that I was happier with this result

Very happy with how the Awesome turned out, easily the mini I’ve taken the most time to paint compared to the others, even attempted to give the lasers a blue glow inside the barrels
