This part in Dietrich Ch 5 was pretty funny

BulbaWhat98 @bulbawhat98.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

I can’t be the only one who thinks Hannibal looks a lot like Dedue. FW already has characters like Dietrich, Io, Peppe and Ursula who look a lot like 3H’s characters and are related, so this could be the same

PSA: getting perfect bird time is a lot easier when you know 90% of the time, the best response is "nod", "spread your wings", "gaze intently", or "tilt your head"

Well that took 80 hours within 3 weeks, but I finally completed one Part 1 with Cai. Now I gotta do the other three for Part 1, and then at least one Part 2, then Part 3 lol

I’m starting to wonder if I’m even gonna be able to finish Fortune’s Weave before Ocarina of Time Remake on Nov 5th. This is a massively long game, and I ended up spending an extra couple of hours on restarting some things. I’m only up to Cai Chapter 10

What are you guys’ thoughts on the lack of supports in Fortune’s Weave for characters outside of the main parties and members of the other major clans? (not the other clan leaders) I’m not sure how to feel about this

Fortune’s Weave is fun so far, though I might actually reset to the hard difficulty because I have heard normal is pretty easy. I probably should’ve done that from the start. I haven’t gone through too much of the game so it shouldn’t take that much time to redo what I’ve done so far

I got the Dagdan Collection with Fortune’s Weave. There’s a lot of stuff in it. I also have two copies now lol

I thought the direct was decent, but it did have some great 3rd party announcements and games shown, and of course the new Nintendo games shown

BulbaWhat98 @bulbawhat98.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

If Metroid 6 is in this direct, please don’t release it in the Holidays in November or December. You’re sending it out to die releasing it next to GTA 6. At least Ocarina of Time Remake is a remake of one of the most highly acclaimed games of all time in the Zelda series

Physical is $70, while Digital is $60. And thanks to Amazon and Walmart, the physical will be $60 at launch. Makes sense since this is a faithful remake of a linear Zelda game

BulbaWhat98 @bulbawhat98.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Is there a game where you think you'll be like "fuck it" and spend the $80 if it was price that? For me, that would potentially be Persona 6, especially if it's a 2027 game with a disc, where I'd probably want to get it asap before the disc cutoff (I'd pre-order it anyway 'cause it's P6 lol)

Smash 6 could end up getting two spear fighters with Bandana Waddle Dee and Eshmel (or Cai or Theodora if not Eshmel), which would be pretty sick. And of course, they’d fight completely differently from each other.

I probably shouldn't have turned this 4th anniversary post into a "I think we need to abandon the idea of a XC3 rep in Smash." My bad Happy anniversary to this incredible game and amazing end to the Xenoblade Chronicles numbered trilogy!
