i like all the side effects i didn’t get because i’m not on spiro and actually keep small amounts of T. i feel a lot of women think they need to have 0 testosterone but that’s not how things work actually. having a small amount is healthy and avoids a lot of negatives. i still have a sex drive!

my dissociation has only worsened. it’s gained stronger physical symptoms. my head either feels as very light, or heavy like steel. and these bad headaches where i can’t even look at bright colors too much or else i shut down.
