Title: Bugtormology Vol. I. Issue. 4.
Subtitle: THE FINAL GLORIOUS BUGTOR WEEK CONCLUSION.
Text: The International Bugtormological Research Institute sends our deepest thanks to all the participants of Bugtor Week. The amount of love and participation within the week has been staggering and has exceeded the board's expectations. We have been delighted with everyone's energy and creativity with our humble event!
We have seen many concerns by those that were not able to complete their work in the allotted week. Thus, the IBRI will continue to allow for all late submissions!
With this, the Ao3 collection will remain up for late submissions. For current fics uploaded for the week but not under the collection, we encourage writers to post within it as an archive.
Again, we are beyond grateful for the shared love Bugtor has received this week and hope this has inspired you to explore our buggy Viktor in the future!
Thank you my bugs, The IBRI.Subtitle: THE ARTS COLLECTION.
Text: With the soft conclusion of Bugtor Week, the IBRI is pleased to announce the opening of the Art Collection. Keen eyed researchers who have frequented the Bugtormology website may have noticed the page under construction since the launch.
The team has been dilligently planning a way to archive the submissions of Bugtor Week similarly to how the Ao3 collection functions for fanfiction.
While we are excited to launch this page, we understand many may not be comfortable with their work published so researchers are to anticipate communication from the IBRI team on sharing their works. Late submissions will still be eligible to be featured on the site if permissed by the creator.

Q&A: THE IBRI BOARD COMMITTEE

What is Bugtor? "Bugtor" is IBRI's shorthand for Arcane Herald Viktor. Simply put, Bugtor is Viktor as he appears in present day League of Legends as well as the finale of Arcane. We encourage (but do not require) Bugtor Week researchers to emphasize Bugtor's buggy qualities. regardless of whether they correspond with the day's prompt.
What constitutes a bug'? The IBRI has a wider definition of what is considered as a bug as opposed to the common "true bug" order. Bugs in this event include all insects and arthropods. The institution will I provide provide prompts of different species to aid in your research journey, but do not be afraid to provide them independently.
Is this a JAYVIK event? Bugtor Week is a Bugtor-specific event. Though Dr. Talis is a valued Bugtormology Researcher and will make appearances throughout the event, IBRI encourages diverse pairings involving Bugtor in order to procure a wide sample of Bugtor mating habits.
Is this an 18+ event? Bugtor Week seeks to highlight all disciplines of Bugtormology research, including copulatory behavior. As a result, this event will be 18+ only and allow for the creation of adult-oriented works.
Will this include Dead Dove works? With the nature of Bugtor's character and story, dark content (known as "dead dove") topics will be a given and will thus be allowed. We request that researchers properly tag their submissions for the discretion of participants.A closeup of the right side of the newsletter.

TEXT: BUGTOR WEEK The Guidelines

Participants can submit "research" in any creative format, as long as it is original work, with the hashtag #BugtorWeek. This includes visual art, audiovisual work, and written fiction.
When submitting works, we encourage proper tagging, especially regarding particularly buggy depictions of Bugtor and Dead Dove topics.
We also encourage the use of ALT text across all social media sites as it is an aid for visually impaired researchers and visitors. Bugtor himself requested this event be as
accessible for all the bugs like him.
No Generative AI shall be used in the creation of Bugtor Week submissions, as its nebulous content sourcing undermines scientific integrity and transparency in Bugtormology Research.

Arcane Herald only, Machine Herald is loved but this ain't about him unless the Machine Herald is also studying Bugtorology, in which case we welcome him as a visiting researcher/contributor/ participant.
