TFW your crush/roommate is suddenly quadrupedal

Linipi, an anthro hognose snake, and Ly, Linipi's undead shed skin, are drawn together. Ly is coiled tightly around Linipi's neck as she gasps out, staring up at Ly who smiles back down at Linipi in a look of pure eagerness of their act. Black ichor drips from the eyes, mouth, and gashes in Linipi's head, while drips of this are also seen on Ly's bared fangs.

Some cicadas live underground for only a few years before emerging from the dirt, some take 17 years before they emerge. They all come forth from the ground eventually though, and they all become something wonderful
