5 AM - I wake up smothered in cats.

Wake up. Doonscroll. But the cats need breakfast. All 4 of them. And me.

I draw myself almost like a stickman (I drew the body too) with a pointy hat. I wake up to two cats on top of me while I doomscroll in my bed, until two other cats come in. One of them jumps up to bat my face. I tiredly exclaim “Wah.” The last panel shows the cats are fed, and I am finally making breakfast for myself.

6 AM - Not pictured: pacing around the kitchen while the food cooks.

I have my hand on the handle of the pan. Thoughts overlap each other while I listen to “Doubt Comes In” from Hadestown. “That college assignment is due today.” “There’s no rice.” “We have bread.” The pan sizzles. I’m still groggy from waking up.

After a while of this on the second panel, I realize in the third: “How did I not think I have ADHD.”

7-9 AM - Hadestown slime tutorial

“Where is your youth?” Tears well up in my eyes as I think, “Oh god. Hear it comes.” I’m also in the middle of eating as I watch the play.

“La la la la la la la~” I’m crying big, fat Ghibli tears while I whine.

10-12 AM - Oh shit it’s hourly comic day

I am frantically drawing these comics on my iPad. I think: “Fuck. I need to eat lunch too.”

A sketch that is a continuation of the last comic. Hegemol further encourages Hornet on how to make it more deadly, which she is super enthusiastic about.

Hegemol holds a small gift and note. Ogrim stands next to him, asking what the note says, while Hornet sits on his shoulder and shyly covers her face.

The note reads: You’re my favorite teacher. The words were written too big and off center, and Hornet tried squishing her name at the bottom, but she ended up having to write her name more clearly at the top.

Hegemol’s helmet opens with a small hiss. Then there is Hegemol making smaller noises of sniffling, eyes crying fat tears, and antennas drooping; clearly touched by the note.

They may lack the ability to emote, but Ghost has a stare full of regret over their actions.

In the second panel, their head falls to the plate with a DONK sound effect. Hornet puts a worrying hand over Ghost's back while saying, "Oh dear." Hollow wakes up to the sudden noise.
