We stopped at the 9/11 memorial event Gratwick park on Saturday. One of my friends lives in Staten Island and had named several people he knew that died that day. Even though there were only 1200 flags with tags of those that were lost, and I didn’t have time to look at them all…

In not really great with words, but I hope I can show you how I feel through photos. It was really important to me to visit the World Trade Center site and the 9/11 Memorial, along with the Flight 93 Memorial. I was able to see both in 2025. If you have the chance to go, make the trip.

We were in the area so we stopped to see the Flight 3407 memorial in Clarence. I’ve never visited the site but I’m glad I have now. It’s pretty surprising how small the footprint actually is. A truly tragic thing but it could have been so much worse!

We went to see “Your Name” at the North Park, what a gem of a space and the movie was great too. I haven’t been there a ton but always somehow sat on the far left. I didn’t realize there are all old seats on the left. Now I know 😂

We went to a store today called Uncharted, on Transit Rd in the plaza with Trader Joe’s. I decided it’s just like the little store at Cracker Barrel but a lot bigger. Lots of cute stuff!
