Who wants to help me decide what GPU to get? I’m stuck at a crossroads. 9070 XT vs. 5070 TI I’m still on an AM4 Ryzen CPU because RAM. Streaming to Twitch with AMD card means CPU encoding. Bad for me. Going with Nvidia means Nvidia gets my money. Also very bad. Someone just decide for me.

Why am I opening this app on my iPad in 2026 and seeing this?

000

Is the dim mode removal what’s finally going to push me off Twitter?

Before I put my streamer pants back on I want to say something I've noticed this last year solely as a viewer, without anyone getting mad. There is a direct correlation between loud audio channel point redeems and *staying* a small streamer. Thank you for listening.

As someone who played the first chapter of Deltarune, loved it, then intentionally forgot about it and avoided all future releases in order to preserve my own hype, today is a good day.

Hey can we get an actual iPad app please?

Reminder of my luck and why I don't do anything that requires any kind of luck. Considering product on Amazon for a few days. Same day delivery every time I check it. Today: Still same day delivery. I'll order that once I'm off work in an hour. One hour later: Delivery February 4-11

I won’t be setting an exact date for my first stream back. One night there’s just gonna be Buddy as if there always has been.

The Switch 2 looks like a Switch that the rivers had their time with and now it would make for a real good skipping Switch.

I keep getting alerts that [first name] has followed me. Then I go into the app, the notification isn't there, the new follow isn't there, but my follow count has still gone up. Heck's going on?

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 09/01/2025

I set a soft timeframe to return to streaming by the end of the month. I wanna make sure there's warning out there that it's gonna be different. I did away with most channel point/bit redemptions. Got rid of Tangia and basically all paid incentives. That's not what it's about. We're going to chill.

That formerly bird logo'd social media site is totally broken right now. My entire for you is just people posting grainy videos of obvious airplanes in the sky asking what it all means.

000

@hankgreen.bsky.social I know you’ve posted about Connections so you’re the first person that came to mind when I asked: what the hell is even this?

What's the deal with those felt desk mats? They're in every "dream setup" vid I watch. They look super uncomfortable texture wise. All the product reviews say they're scratchy. Anyone out there own one that can tell me what's going on?

000

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 07/12/2024

Twitch has either lost their minds or they’re doing another patented terrible move to walk it back so people think they listen.

The other day I learned that if you order two items from Amazon, then cancel one, it basically treats it as a new order and pushes the remaining item back to whatever the ship time was if you were to have ordered it that day. Confused? Same.

I love watching tech videos, especially ones featuring up and coming affordable products because every company follows the same progression. -Incredible products at a low price *YT vid praising them for that* -Bad products at a high price -Obscurity

I think we can all agree that Elon has without a doubt at least once asked to be appointed Secretary of Dank Memes in a “hehe just kidding…unless you would” type way.

Wind coming to western WA tonight. We have a few of these every year but still have a tin can power infrastructure. Guarantee I'm gonna be without power for at least some of the night.

Something's going on with this site right now. I'll like a bloop, refresh, then have to like it again. I'll post something then it doesn't appear for like 20 minutes. Just me?

Updating my pin-troduction. I'm coming back to streaming very soon (not bait) (twitch.tv/buddyfox) I drew my pfp. I still enjoy Jojo and romcom manga, or in other words, I'm a big fan of DanDaDan. I can't play one instrument well, but I can play most of them okay-ly. I listen to jazz and metal.

Age checking myself here but how in the fuck was photobucket allowed to do what they did? Just hold your old pictures hostage like that?

000

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 17/11/2024

Yeah idk about android but on multiple iOS devices, pulling right on the screen, which is supposed to expose the sidebar menu, only works once out of like every 20 tries. Gotta get that fixed.

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 16/11/2024

There was not one moment in the first six episodes of DanDaDan where I thought “oh yeah. I, a grown man, will cry at some point watching this show” I’m wrong a lot.

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

Despite constantly complaining about Nintendo, I launched ACNH for the first time in a while. So many flowers. Sunk like 4 hours and 10 shovels into just removing all the flowers. Worse than weeds. What the hell.

I have hated reading through twitter for months now but I can't bring myself to delete it. I feel there's a deep importance to understanding how fucking dumb people think. Know thy doofus or some shit.

Bonus Komi-san It’s just a real quick doodle but I’m actually super proud I did this from glancing at a reference with minimal erasing. Normally my straight up referenced linework only drawings come out super skewed.

Day 6 of drawvember or novinky or whatever Did this one solely to practice eye placement. And nothing else.

000

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 06/11/2024

Day 5 Almost forgot! This one was done much quicker, and I feel is much cleaner. Hitting a wall though. What do I do? How do I get better?

000

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 05/11/2024

I wasn't in a good face place and I know that's cringe. But I was and still am FEELING this new sweater. The season is truly upon us.

Day 4. Maybe I actually can’t draw. Anyway here’s my dog.

This is the single most aggravating thing I’ve ever seen a book series do.

A photo of “the expanse” book series. The first three books feature the title in bold on the spine. The remaining six feature the authors name in bold.

I grew up on these streets.

000

Day 3 Again no direction with this. Just wanted to remind myself I can’t draw bodies, hands, or feet. And very quick because I had shit to do today.

100

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 03/11/2024

Day 2. Posting a few more today because the first two I drew like right after midnight last night. None of these are particularly great and certainly not cleaned up. Just wanted to work on different things with different brushes today. Still hoping to improve hair as is painfully clear.

000

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 02/11/2024

I didn’t get back into drawing until the end of October so let’s consider this Novinky or something. Idk you come up with a better name. Gonna post something I doodled every day this month with the hopes of improving a little. And if I don’t oh well.

100

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 28/10/2024

This app’s got me thinking about how I used to draw too. Never an “artist” but I got pretty okay at doodling my lil guys at a job where I had a tablet and lots of free time. This one was Rick Grimes.

buddy. @buddyfox.bsky.social · 28/10/2024

On twitter the for you tab is constantly trying to pull you into the fight. No matter what you follow. Here, it shows me more things like what I already follow. What I’m trying to say is your art is great now that I can actually see it.

Ahh so I get three volumes into an eleven volume manga with no official EN release and see the entire remainder of the series starts off with “disclaimer! this has been machine translated. there is most definitely a loss in meaning”

I don’t care about follows or likes. If you pass this post and have a manga you love. Drop it in the replies. Extra bonus if it hasn’t been animated yet, or you’ve had a hard time getting people into it. I’ll be the one that gets into it.

“pfp” is my least favorite internet acronym. Where’s the word that starts with F? Where is it? You’re just not grown enough to call it your pp just admit it.
