It needs to be repeated... it is illegal for ICE, or any agents of the federal government to be at polling places for ANY reason, except when such force is necessary to repel armed enemies of the United States. Meaning a warrant or presidential order is insufficient to allow legal pressence.

Just a reminder: 18 U.S.C. § 1701 provides that anyone who knowingly and willfully "obstructs or delays the passage of the mail" can be fined or imprisoned for up to six months. So if workers at the USPS refuse to mail ballots as normal, and without the protection of law, they may face jail time.

More pointedly, Presidents and the DoJ have absolutely NO AUTHORITY over elections whatsoever. The constitution expressly confers the election process solely to the States, unless legislated otherwise. Presidents have no legislative authority. They only exist to carry out the will of congress.
