Scores def suck. General anonymity and/or the idea that a review speaks for an entire outlet and is less personal opinion and more “conventional wisdom” sucks too. Mainly wonder why anyone would focus on mediocrity these days when there is SO MUCH MUSIC out there, some of which HAS to be good

I avoid reading reviews of my recent work, but I do remember writers who slagged off my early stuff and keep tabs on their careers. Didn’t like the record I made in ‘06, eh? According to Google you spent the next 10 yrs making clickbait before fading into obscurity in ‘16. I give yr career a 3.2

What’s with folks upset by people that stand once the plane arrives at the gate? I’ve been folded in half for 9 hours shoulder to shoulder w/ a stranger w/ my knees against the seat in front of me battling for armrest space. For the love of god spread out once the seatbelt light is off.

I’ll be honest… X always felt pretty toxic and Threads seems like a bunch of randos trolling for engagement. Only joined bluesky cuz in its infancy it seemed like a private little queer club. Not sure how long I’ll last here now that it’s not invite-only but gonna hang as long as it feels fun.
