In the summer of 1982, Israel launched an illegal ground invasion of Lebanon. The IDF laid Beirut, and 1.7 million non-combatants, under total siege. Food, water, electricity, medicine were cut off. Israel’s indiscriminate bombing campaign was called “a holocaust” by Ronald fucking Reagan.
