Reposted by Miguel BatresOffprint @offprint.app · 25/10/2025We've been working on our editor for about a month. Built from the ground up and while it was serviceable, I wanted it to feel amazing to use. Re rebuilt it on top of a good base package, and have been working the past week nonstop to rebuild what we had. But now we're further than we were before! 2202
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 27/09/2025Docs for reference: docs.bsky.app/docs/api/com...docs.bsky.appcom.atproto.identity.resolveIdentity | Bluesky*To learn more about calling atproto API endpoints like this one, see the [API Hosts and Auth](/docs/advanced-guides/api-directory) guide.* 000
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 27/09/2025The way I do it for @offprint.app is: 1. Provide handle or DID to `com.atproto.identity.resolveIdentity` 2. Receive DID Document which includes their current service endpoint This allows me to never ask for the service endpoint, less friction. Hope that helps! 100
Reposted by Miguel BatresOffprint @offprint.app · 24/09/2025As promised, a sneak peak of the article editor we are in the middle of building 🚧 Curious if anyone has a wishlist of block/content types the editor should support other than the basics in most editors. Any other feedback is welcome! 2183
Reposted by Miguel BatresOffprint @offprint.app · 20/09/2025Hello everyone, hope you've all been doing well. We're currently working on the article editor ✍🏽 and will focus on the publication websites layout afterwards. 👀 Stay tuned, we'll be sharing some more polished sneak peeks this upcoming week! 162

Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 31/08/2025Maybe you could if they were your Stripe customers already? I’d need to look into that 010
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 31/08/2025Migration of content could be made decently easy but the main issue well and any other platform you’d want to move to is keeping your revenue intact as your subscribers would need to essentially re-consent/re-subscribe as payment intents couldn’t just be migrated. 110
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 31/08/2025I need to get on your level, damn. The questions you’re asking are just 😘👌 110
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 30/08/2025Perfect, I am doing some assuming here because I don’t have your vision in my head so sorry about that. But I’m excited to see how we’ll solve these issues together! 120
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 30/08/2025Exactly, our products need to be the end-to-end solution not the documentation if we want at proto to thrive. 030
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 30/08/2025Good to know, I’ll have to find these creators. Curious what’d help with those sources of friction. Better migration tools? 110
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 30/08/2025But I'm also really focused on helping normies understand why data portability and ownership matters. I feel normie creators need to be catered to more when building products on atproto because they're the ones that will bring the masses. And help influence others to care about decentralization. 250
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 30/08/2025I'm coming at this from a creator economy angle, which is decently different from @leaflet.pub blogging approach. Think Substack but actually decentralized. Got a few features planned like analytics and metrics, publishing tools, pledges and more. 240
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 30/08/2025Building a new publishing platform built on top of #atproto that will act as a drop in replacement for Substack essentially. Publishing, audience tools, content subscriptions and more. To follow the process, go follow @offprint.app. I'll be posting progress updates and answering questions there. 1231
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 19/08/2025Alright so I've been having issues with fwd.host, instead of opening an issue or PR I decided to just make a quick self-hostable version of it. Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 15/08/2025This looks amazing, I'd love if you rebranded a bit. Using "Blue" or "Sky" in your project names is a little meh, imo. But I get the argument for the instant understanding of the concept upon reading the name. 000
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 15/08/2025Bro, why is it so easy to come up with ideas. I have one idea, then that leads to the next, and to the next. Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 12/08/2025Finally on my own PDS. Decided to go with the stupidest name I could think of: glorp.network 060
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 12/08/2025Working on an AT Protocol Vue starter kit for Laravel, the setup is a pain every time I come up with a random idea. So this will cut out a bunch of repetitive work. 120

Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 10/08/2025Ah, I get why people hedge their words so much online now. I don’t mean “don’t care” in a moral sense. Just that for most, design isn’t the priority. The focus tends to be on building and iterating, which isn’t a bad thing, but personally I’d like to see more app-like ux rather than dev-tool ux 010
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 10/08/2025While hobbyists don’t usually, engineers just wanna build and unless they have a background in design they just use ui libraries or make things “good enough” without much thought about attracting people outside the ecosystem. 150
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 10/08/2025Very true, but I think web3 could afford design agencies or contractors to make something that seemed trustworthy and well designed because it was inherently financial, plus a lot of them had investors behind them (be it legit or not) 170
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 10/08/2025Literally, I feel like everything in the atproto ecosystem is designed by engineers and no one cares to do better. Everything feels like modern geocities, which is cool but not going to convert normies. 1100
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 10/08/2025Amazing talk, loved the branding! Your talk was the most inspiring out of all of them for me, would’ve been cool to meet you. 110
Miguel Batres @btrs.co · 09/08/2025Yesss, the design and ux community is lacking on here. So much pretty stuff on twitter, but not much here. 050
