Trying to steal my birthday heat Kwik Trip, I see how it is.

Respect your hustle. If I had a chance to get any job with AEW, I’d be doing the same thing. Good luck!

Yes, as he said before the game, he’s the worst player on the ice but he tried. He even reffed the kids game during intermission.

Watching the cast of Shoresy play an actual hockey game. This is phenomenal.

Damn. It was weird because they were building LFI up really good on Rampage just to see them lose that is depressing.

Who’s going to interfere and fuck @effylives.bsky.social over this time?

Repost with a picture you’ve taken at an #AEW show

I think we just see where the chips lie come February, if things are still bleak I think they need to seriously consider a “Durant to Phoenix” style trade where they get a decent player back and draft picks and start the rebuild. Just don’t think there’s value in trading anything else. I hate this.

MLW Lucha Apocalypto was very MLW. Some great stuff, some not so great stuff. Some production issues. Overall worth checking out when it hits their YouTube.

I’m at MLW Lucha Apocalypto tonight!

Here’s me from All Out 2023, am i doing this right?

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

At this point I’m so used to him not coming out to Brass Monkey that I’d be ok with that just being his “Final Countdown”-esque theme.

020

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

Speedball rules, would love to hear what theme you’d cook up for him

110

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

This is what made me re-fall in love with pro wrestling.

010

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

Them, West Coast Wrecking Crew, and Lawler/Rosser should have been in there over teams like Tana and Jado.

010

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

That would be an amazing listen, I’ve always loved hearing how he comes up with his songs during the few documentaries he’s been on.

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

You can’t be a championship team when your 3rd best player is always injured, you’ve wasted a majority of your draft picks over the past 10 years and have no draft picks going forward. Going all in can work as a strategy but only temporarily.

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

Literally the only reason I check twitter is to check to see what indies are announcing for shows and matches.

000

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

I can’t say much, but stay tuned. ☺️

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

Shingo and Takeshita is dream match material

010

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

That was a great women’s match. Koguma is awesome.

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

Wish GYV, West Coast Wrecking Crew, and Lawler/Rosser were all in NJPW Tag League.

000

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 09/11/2024

This tag match has been a little long but insane and a lot of fun. #NJPWFightingSpiritUnleashed

Amazing how a sign of respect turned into “Malakai is going to be in the Royal Rumble or retiring”

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 08/11/2024

Saw Noah Kahan there during All In week, such an awesome venue!

Hot damn, I thought maybe they were going to save this for Full Gear.

Happy Friday everyone! What are your wrestling plans for the weekend? I’ll be watching New Japan tonight and going to MLW Lucha Apocalypto in Chicago on Saturday and going to Pro Wrestling Venture’s Brawl in the Beer Hall in Milwaukee on Sunday.

Nice, my first event was King of the Ring 1996, so definitely remember one of the pre-show matches with Body Donna’s vs The New Rockers because that’s when the Body Donna’s had Kloudi with them after Sunny left them. Luckily, better things happened after that lol

Brent Strassburg @bstrassburg.bsky.social · 08/11/2024

I wonder if it gets to a point where Gabe starts booking a show with all of these people and turning it into a quasi-4th brand.

Mystery Wrestling made me love wrestling in a way I never thought I could.
