heheh I wanted someplace I could see my fav lil guys everyday Also i felt so bigbrained putting the sun guy on my button remote that controls the light clipped above my monitor/deskspace so I can more easily see it against the black color of my desk

My legs and back hurt so much from walking a lot today and then sitting at my desk for hours it's distracting me from trying to relax 😭

i hate how unironically printing from that program results in better colors and size accuracy than from my actual design program with the correct color profiles

anyone have a free download of a certain PDF file viewer with an annoying subscription fee? for legal reasons, this is a joke haha

renna 🥞 stamp club on kofi @bsky.rennatelier.art · 08/10/2026

shop update will have at least two new washi tapes, Pastel Quilt washi tape restock, one and a half new sticker sheets (meaning return of an old sticker sheet design on a new material), preorders for pins (!!! wooden and enamel, designs TBA), and maybe couple of other things!

this sticker features Nella, the mascot for It's Deco Day, the family-owned tationery store that hosted the market! it's local to Anaheim, CA and has so many cute stickers from small artists and Korean creators 🥺 i want to draw more monkee in the future with their big ears and long curly tail....

an event exclusive I made for Parfait Day, a sticker and stationery-themed market I vended at a couple weekends ago! still have a few extras, so I may put them up online too if there are any left after my next couple events

this is so beautiful and moving, Mali! similarly, I also thinking about the imagery of stars and lanterns a lot when in darker times in life, and being able to carry your own light to find a way forward

or maybe another word i could use is retro? the top reminds me a bit of text you'd see on a terminal screen in some futuristic setting, which is also a vibe

020

renna 🥞 stamp club on kofi @bsky.rennatelier.art · 08/10/2026

looking for new fonts to use because the direction I want my art to go has changed a bit since 4-5 years ago (there go all the fonts i bought back then....) and I kind of like these for a somewhat vintage feel. the bottom one especially kind of has a horror story vibe, perfect for the season 😎

two front I am testing out for Polaris Mail branding: top is JeyBrains Mono, and bottom is Special Elite. sample text reads "Rennatelier
1234 Street Address
City Name, CA 56789"

annual manu sharing/gatekeeping discourse while I tap the sign that says "art is about community, not competition" as artists and creatives, we need to support and uplift each other, otherwise what's the point?

changed things up last night while taking a break from packing catch-up Stamp Mail to doodle a silly idea combining ideas from various different prompt lists I don't have the time or energy to do more finished pieces, so i want to at least work on my visual storytelling and explore my OCs more!

renna 🥞 stamp club on kofi @bsky.rennatelier.art · 05/10/2026

i kind of skipped day 43 which was moose because they were so hard to draw LOL but i have some quick studies/warm-up sketches that i did traditionally that i think i'll compile to post with the other day's sketches once i have about a weeks worth

a little story of how Pepper joined the animals living in Polaris town... some reminders to self 1) art is still art and worth posting even if it's unfinished or just a rough sketch 2) it's okay to revisit an idea again to refine it more even when it's not October or the day the prompt is on

keeping it minimalistic for today to hopefully invoke a sense of calm. huh? you see a face in the smoke? are you feeling okay? maybe the scent of the incense is too strong for you? drawing at a 3d angle for once and tried to use basic shading to convey some depth

simple drawing that somehow became more poetic than i intended, but a couple goals for drawtober: 1) being more loose with my art and less of a perfectionist 2) keep things simple and try not to overthink things 3) be okay with experimenting and trying new things, or practicing other art styles
