Also nuclear power becomes centralized way of energy distribution. A far more resillient way to design power grids nowadays is to build more low power plants (wind parks) than one or two high power plants (nuclear plant) This stabilizes the grid and makes certain region autonomous.

Because for nuclear plant operators low power prices are not sufficient so they are not delivering to the grid.

No, the problem with nuclear reactors is the power grid. Grid operators often need to adjust the flow of power quickly to adjust for either over/underpower. Nuclear reactors are slow to shutdown/boot up again. Because of the high eco mix of power (see France) the reactors there are not delivering.
