The claim that “this is not the time to comment on” US’s illegal imperialist invasion of Venezuela makes me deeply ashamed and enraged as a Greek, further showing the EU’s demise. This, just a few days after he met with Netanyahu in Jerusalem. He must be brought to justice.

There'll be no burst bubbling, because they're actively being bailed out (& de-risked) by governments as we speak (as @smw.bsky.social has said). AI companies are becoming "too important" to fail as more govts get infrastructurally dependent on them, with the risk of enshittification increasing.

That’s the key in this vague statement by Microsoft: if you treat a whole population (under illegal occupation) as terrorists (also MSFT basically accepting the false labelling of Palestinians as terrorists), then it’s ok. MSFt directly buys into and legitimises Israel’s apartheid and surveillance

Today with 5000 more colleagues we held a strike against the short-sighted budget cuts implemented by the Dutch far-right govt. from higher education and research. The money should be going towards critical thinking, social welfare and culture, not funding wars, genocides and militarisation.
