Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/12/2025The actual physical joy I felt from watching that and hearing his voice and seeing his spark, still undiminished by time. 120
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 17/12/2025Yeah, this one really hurts. I also had an amazing crush on him, even if I didn't understand it at the time. 070
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 24/11/2025Grieving is different for everyone so I won't pretend to know what will work for you so just do whatever feels right and believe that eventually it will hurt in a different and more manageable way. 120
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 24/11/2025Don't force it. There is no right or wrong way to go through what you are going through right now. When my dad passed away, I tried to rationalize how I should react and what I should do and it turns out that what I needed to do was sit on my ass and watch Netflix for a week and then I felt better. 120
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 17/11/2025That's such a wonderful picture! I'm so sorry for your loss! 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 12/10/2025Proof that 28 antique malls within easy driving distance can turn a hobby into a lifestyle. 2130
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 12/10/2025I'd buy three. One to show. One to preserve. And one to give to a loved one. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 11/10/2025I have to take into consideration that I have space issues so I can't go too crazy but the Cantina playset and the land speeder where my big gets. The only thing that's left is the Death Star boxed. There's a place nearby that has one for $550 but that's a little bit more than I want to pay. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 11/10/2025Thank you! The Landspeeder is probably my favorite because I found it in a ratty little antique mall for $50. What is your favorite part of your SW collection? And do you have a Holy Grail, something you want very badly and haven't found yet? 120
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 11/10/2025I'm jealous! Like so many other children of that era, mine were lost in the mists of time. So, I am also gradually rebuilding but trying to focus on reasonably priced/condition which is a challenge. But it's getting there. And since you showed yours, I have to show you mine. 130
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 11/10/2025It's gorgeous! I've been on a hunt to collect SW stuff from just the first two movies (when I was at peak child nerd) and it evokes emotions for me. 120
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 22/09/2025I keep waiting for the right moment in life to use that in conversation but it has yet to occur. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 22/09/2025Please tell me everyone joined in during…'I underestimated his intelligence, but he underestimated the power of organic crystallography.' 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 02/09/2025Gasp! But...but... I have so many extras just sitting in my storage unit. If you can't find anything let me know and I'll see what I have and send you some. 120
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 02/09/2025Let me know which one you end up deciding to read. It's been a while since I've read any of these as well and maybe it would be fun to follow along. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 02/09/2025Available as ebooks. I used to have the softcover versions but they fell apart because I read them so much. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 02/09/2025Have you ever read the I Who guides? They give a pretty decent summary of the books which can potentially be a spoiler based thing but also encourage you to reread. You've got a couple of MA in that list, are you looking specifically at the BBC books or also the new or missing adventures? 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 02/09/2025Been a while for me as well but I recall some of the PDA Pertwee ones really got it right. Devil Goblins and Last of the Gaderene stand out. As for EDA, Eater of Wasps and Mad Dogs and Englishmen did it for me. 210
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/2025Hey, mind your own business. The creepy things that I do on my time are my concern and my concern alone. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/2025That and the inordinate amount of times that I've seen you jerking in a forest and then falling off a cliff. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/2025Actually it makes sense when I look at it. Android Invasion isn't closer to the top of your list and a duplicate would want to shift suspicion away from himself by not having what would obviously be his favorite story at the top. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/2025Or maybe it's because you are a Zygon duplicate. I'm not accusing you of anything, but I'm not going to lie, all the signs are there. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/2025Gasp! But how can you possibly make sweet love without the soaring music of an oil rig being torn apart by the Loch Ness Monster playing in the background? 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/2025The atmosphere is perfect in both and so is the music which is not surprising as they're both from the same person. The day they released Zygons soundtrack was a very very good day for me and a bad day for my neighbors who had to listen to it on repeat very loudly for several hours. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 25/08/20256. The Brain Of Morbius 5. The Planet Of Evil 4. Pyramids Of Mars 3. The Android Invasion 2. The Seeds Of Doom 1. Terror Of The Zygons This is very tough. All good. Terror holds a special place for me though as it was first story I tape recorded in '83 and used to listen every night to fall asleep 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 13/08/2025Thank you so much for that information! The Oh Mummy extra is one of my favorites! 010
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 09/08/2025Yeah, that absolutely needs to be displayed properly and affectionately. 010
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 05/08/2025Yeah I've already replayed it 3 times and love it more each time. 110
Bsabas @bsabas.bsky.social · 05/08/2025Damn, I liked that immediately. Thank you for the recommendation! 110
