WhatsApp really doesn't understand football supporters. Just because I've followed one club's updates, don't suggest that I follow all the other clubs. That's not how it works. We make our choice (or it's made for us) and then we're stuck with it for life, for better or worse.

Starting a playlist of songs about obscure political figures. #1 "Moynihan brings out the hooligan in me" by I, Ludicrous. "One law for supporters, one law for the rich, but none for the minister who runs on the pitch".

In a pub that is doing cribbage training sessions. I'm so torn. It looks like a great game, but do I really want to go there? And I've got work to do.

This is so true. It’s basically for people who think good enough is good enough. Don’t get me wrong, AI, done well, has some value. But these people don’t like hard work.

Really not understanding why a conference on cyber security at Old Trafford would have Jason Manford as the keynote speaker. Nor why they're so persistent in asking me to go.

Very jealous of the Manchester and Tottenham fans tonight in Bilbao. Had a trip there with #avfc in the late 1990s and it was just the best. Took the sleeper train to Irún, bus to Bilbao and was drinking with their fans by 11am.

There are great interpersonal and management challenges too; no change har without friction and you will be the agent of chance han
