Thank you Nem! As I'm critically looking at other people's arts, there's so much less greys and whites in them, and more of darker colors. I'm definitely giving that a try.

Tomorrow is Father's Day. My dad died 3 months ago. I didn't think tomorrow would hit me too hard, but right now, it's looking like it's going to be a very difficult day. When my depression and stress hit the levels I'm at right now, I fall back into old habits. I just needed to scream. Thanks.

Down. But I'm still very fragile, and very vulnerable. Everyday is a fight to not go back to who I used to be. I am scared of falling back into to those bad habits and thoughts. I've prevailed this far, but this weekend, it's been very hard not to sink back to "just give up, you ain't worth it."

I could do nothing right, and I would ridicule myself, tear myself down as a defense mechanism, because if I did it first, then others can't criticize me. At the time, seemed like a great plan. I've come quite a long way. I have some self-esteem, and I've almost entirely stopped tearing myself

Struggling today. For those who don't know me, and who I used to be, I suffered from a massive inferiority complex and I had 0 self esteem about anything. I didn't try to improve at anything because, why bother? It was a fools errand.
