LRP literally my only review on Steam is this for Ys 1 and 2 It really is that simple

Bryce @brycec2000.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (replay) As I've gotten older I've come to realize that this is just my favorite game ever made. Every time I think something has surpassed it, one replay reminds me why it means as much to me now as it did playing it as a kid. God the remake better be worth it.

Finally did one of these The change from the top (childhood) to the bottom (adulthood) is just hilarious to me. The RPGs have invested my brain and I can't get them to leave

Complete tierlist (at least until I play Prime 1-3) Both A and C-tier can flip between each other on a whim so there's no real order honestly. I can have more fun with ZM than Dread but Dread has much better fights and control. Metroid 2's vibe I think is overall stronger than Prime 4's and so on.

Metroid Dread Good lord this is a fucking video game right here. Easily the most fun I've had controlling Samus and the boss fights clear every other game in the series (except maybe Prime we'll see) Super SUPER excited for Ravenous in a few months (hopefully the music's good this time lmao)

Nearly every time I see Naos he's just the embodiment of this image and I love it

This is a very funny tierlist but it is how I feel about all of them Excited to see where Dread and eventually the other Prime games fall

Metroid Zero Mission (replay) Absolutely fantastic video game. It does a great job at making an updated take on the first game while also adding in some really cool ideas like the final sequence in Chozodia. Insanely short too considering getting 2/3 of the items took all of 2 hours and 10 minutes

FF7 Rebirth (DROPPED) Jesus fuck man. What an absolutely horrendous PC port. Nothing with my PC is unable to play this game, the game just can't fucking handle the simple task of RUNNING NORMALLY. The Dyne segment lasted two days and it just crashed over and over with nothing I could do to fix it.

Bryce @brycec2000.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

Crisis Core Reunion Definitely a good time but even doing a third of the missions was just too much and I blitzed chapters 4-10 in an afternoon once I reached that point. Still trying to figure out how I feel about the "living legacy" thing. Feels like it slightly invalidates Cloud's character imo

FF7 Remake Intermission A good time spent seeing how Yuffie will work in Rebirth and in not even 10 hours she may already be my favorite to play as. I also somehow beat all of Fort Condor without buying new units or boards lmao Whoever made the box breaking minigame is not seeing the pearly gates

Final Fantasy 7 Remake (Replay) Revelation's announcement kicked my ass into high gear with playing through this and finally doing Rebirth (Intermission and Crisis Core next though). Even now I consider this to be one of, if not the best ARPGs I've ever played (sorry MH...)

Happy birthday to Salem from me and my kitty Terra! Her 5th birthday is next month so there's almost exactly five years between them lol

The Amazing Digital Circus I decided not to put this on here until I watched the last episode but this was genuinely a fantastic watch. I've technically been with the series since the start (the first teaser) but I hadn't watched past the pilot until a week ago lmao. Good fucking shit right here

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Man I'm on a fucking roll with getting through these games (ignore the fact I started this in September shhhhh). Just an absolute delight and it does a great job of blending all the combat systems from each series into one package. God I need the SC and 3rd remakes NOW

Link's Awakening DX (replay) Definitely a game I have REALLY come around on this playthrough. It all hit so much harder when I was coming up on the last dungeon and I wonder if it's just a "getting older" thing since the last time I played this I was 19. Highly recommend if you haven't played it

Did a thing I do have one game in mind for overrated but nothing comes to mind for overhated and underrated so I just decided to leave all three blank

Here's the current overall rankings with some slight changes (CS3 now below Sky 3rd and CS2 now over Sky SC)

Trails into Reverie They gotta stop making bangers at some point man. But MAN this was damn near a perfect Trails game. Bare minimum this is my second favorite but I think it pretty handily has the top spot currently. Really excited to see what Calvard has in store.

A Link to the Past (replay) Still a great game that while I don't think it's the second coming of Christ like most fans do, I always have a good time whenever I do decide to load it up. Every time I get reminded by how short it is, like getting the Master Sword took maybe an hour and a half lol
