My wife did the floor I think 18 years ago when she was a stay at home mom for a bit. I love it too. She made a custom stencil. It’s held up pretty well I think. It’s also on top of pergo but it’s funny that you can see the traffic pattern

One of my fish died yesterday and before that I’d been complaining that they were all racist and wouldn’t school together. But now that the big pink fish is dead everyone left seems to be having a great time. Maybe the one fish was an asshole and they rose up and killed it.

The proposed compromise does not repeal the sales and use tax credit for data centers, but it does include a $1.2 billion fee on data centers for energy consumption. Currently, Virginia does not have any extra fees or taxes on data centers' for energy consumption, even though data centers use significantly more energy than typical customers.
The State Corporation moved data centers to their own rate class last year, however.
The SCC, at the time, said the new "GS-5" rate class for high-energy users was intended to protect everyday ratepayers from the costs associated with industries like data centers.
The new rate was approved as part of Dominion's biennial review, where they ask the commission to approve plans that will have major impacts on customer rates.
Dominion's customers using 25 megawatts or more of energy per month are now required to pay for at least 85% of the electric transmission lines to and from their facilities.
They are also required to pay for 60% of energy demand.
