But wait, that’s not all. The ghost in Holodrum gave you a secret to take BACK to (Linked) Ages. You take the password to Farore in the Maku Tree and you get that same Heart Container but in now in Ages. The linked game barely started and you already have 6 hearts.

In a Linked Ages game, a ghost NPC appears after the first dungeon and tells you about a graveyard with no flowers in Holodrum. He gives you a password to give to that ghost, you boot up Seasons and go there, talk to him, do a mini-game and you get the final Heart Container in Seasons.

Since I only played a Linked Game of Oracle of Ages for about an hour years ago and found screenshots of the passwords, I just deleted it and refreshed. You know it’s a Linked Game when you start with 4 hearts and the icon is Link with the main instrument. I’m feeling this playthrough, kinda. 😳

Decided to sift through old screenshots and found my Oracle of Seasons master file on NSO. Look at the big guy! Even got the L-2 Sword. I did almost everything and it took about 17 hours according to NSO. It flew by.

Xenogears Disc 2 really is mostly characters sitting in a chair telling you what happens and describing dungeons you would have played had they had the time to implement them. Jarring change of pace for many but the story and characters are still intact. It’s just a lot at once. #triviaoftheday
