4/5 Watch videos of the subject where you need the most improvement. I liked wine, still do, I could tell it was the source of my issue. I watched documentaries about the affect of alcohol on the body. I also learned about the liver, which has more than 500 vital functions.

3/5 If you drink, are type 2 diabetes, or like fast food it's more likely you have this. I'll tell you how I reversed it & lost 10 lbs in 2 wks. Diet - no salt or processed foods, lots of veggies. Daily walk - make 1 mile a priority. Zero alc - drink NA beer or mocktails.

2/5 Test for edema (swelling, fluid retention) by pressing into you calf with a finger, hard, then remove. If a dimple remains visible, you have edema or are dehydrated. Test for ascites of the liver - belly protruding, recent quick weight gain, hard to feel comfortable sitting.

🧵1/5 I had ascites 2018, a fluid build-up in the abdominal cavity, leaking from the liver, small edema on the calves. 2 Dr.'s never caught it, I studied & solved it on my own & will share that in this thread. I'm writing this for friends who might have an issue. #cankle #cankles

Edema (lower leg swelling) isn't limited to a heart or circulation prob. Fatty liver is also associated with it. NALFD patients usually have a poor diet with heavy carbs & fast food. Type 2 diabetes is linked to fatty liver. Drugs, like Adderall, are bad for the liver. #cankles

There's truth to that but it's not a great PR campaign right now, like I'm not really hot on telling anyone I'm Jewish IRL, but I was also often used to hiding the fact that I was American during my years in Europe. Bombing starving kids isn't a good brand, I won't be associated with it.

My first rescue cat, 30 years ago, had that, scared me bad. I called the vet & he said give her Benadryl. I didn't even know what that was let alone how to do it. Is that a tablet? What would be the dose? Luckily I never had the issue again.

Repatriation is normally not trusted by the general public, for good reason, but there are a lot of successful examples i.e. Nazi Germany, Iraq, semi-success in the US south after Civil War. When hand in hand with reconstruction it can be a success. Netanyahu financed Hamas & it backfired.
