So, having never played FF6 before and finally having the time last night to sit down and progress through it (after making short progress on the little time I had left on Game Pass), I'm liking it! And yes, I suplexed the train!

So, I went sidequesting with a couple of edits... That are both on Max's AND Ray's channels!

What if I said this was part of a bigger Screamix Edit and that this is only ONE of three in it?

Time for a change of pics. Big thank you to @roman-francis.bsky.social for the hookup with this one! As you can probably see, it's a Judgment reference... aside from the Yakuza 6 Kiryu red shirt too. For who's in the shards, it's my XIV WoL!

A little tease of the next Sample Edit... when the time is right!

So, I really didn't know that you could have two DaVinci timelines that are in completely different formats that work at the same time! I knew about the stacked timelines, but to have them in different resolutions is new to me! Good to know... at least it wasn't four years later like the grid!

Another Sample Edit experiment... with a little bit of Drum and Bass!

.....so I didn't go through my backlog and went back to Destiny 2 instead... ...and also been in the Rivals labbing vortex, which I've still been putting off doing my placements for some reason!

I dig Lost Judgement, don't get me wrong. Combat gameplay is peak, but I prefer Judgment's story more. Yakuza 7, at least to me, is the entire package (gameplay issues aside which they fix in 8) Y3, nostalgia and plot pacing issues be damned, I just like Hawaiian Shirt Kiryu lmao

Brunty @brunty023.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

I just really like Kurohyou (mainly because the soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting for me) Top 5 RGG games for me... 1. Yakuza LaD 2. Judgment 3. Yakuza 0 4. Kurohyou 1 5. Yakuza 3

These Sample Edits are tough to do because I need inspiration at times to do them... Also finding the right beat, which I have to scour numerous scratch DJs and their sets.

Moving day to the new place next week! Thankfully over the past three weeks, my mom and I have been moving stuff here and there, as well as throwing away things we don't even use... Pretty much all that remains in my room is just my desk and chair, since we don't have to worry about furniture.

In short, I recommend it! The clips here don't do it justice! If you're unsure whether you want to drop $20 for it while it's on discount, there IS a demo you can try out! Go nuts with whatever song you want to upload!

Even El Fuerte's theme in Street Fighter 4... You get the idea!

A Dead as Disco Review! Big thank you to @piratepr.com and @deadasdiscogame.bsky.social for the Review build! Let's keep it super short... It scratches that itch if you ever played Hi Fi Rush! Here's a snippet of the Rameses B remix he did of Lumiere!

So, in the midst of editing, I've also been in the process of moving places... And at the new place, I can FINALLY have the good internet again! To put it in perspective with how bad my current internet is, the Fighting Game Top 10 list vid took about 18hrs to upload!

So, I found a way to be able to use the soda ones. Because there are standout ones that have the guttural reactions that can fit as their own short. I've got the Choc Maple Bacon Soda scheduled, but I have others like the Teriyaki Beef Jerky one and I still need to sift through the others

So, I may need a little assist! For the May batch of YT shorts for the channel, I might mix in some of the community favorites! This is where you all come in. If you have any clips for shorts that are NOT up on the channel, leave them below! And before you ask, the two in the pics are in!

This is ONLY just an edit I was messing around with... It probably won't lead to anything, who knows. Maybe they will end up doing a hype rage of Screamer, idk! I just have it prepped... just in case! Also, working with over 30 clips in one part was a test on my laptop!

On the topic of bringing back the old sample edits to add to the YT Shorts backlog... To give a spotlight to Kenny and Steve... You can expect this one popping up on Max's channel next month! Because it SOMEHOW slipped under the DMCA radar!

I think it's safe to say, with the Mix Master Mike edit I did (and finally got around to uploading for Max's YT Shorts) passed the test! Now to dig into my folder for the older Sample Edits and maybe even change a few of them to schedule them!

So, a little behind the scenes thing. If you were curious about the sudden surge of YT Shorts popping up on Max's channel over the last two weeks... I've taken full control of the Shorts uploads! I obviously let Max know of that, of course!

Brunty @brunty023.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

Oh, I forgot to give an update on the X360 List vid... It's all done! Thumbnail and everything! When it'll go live, that's all on Nico. Much like the other one, this will NOT be on Max's channel! Commissioned vid, so it'll be on Nico's channel...

About 80% done... And finally using the one song I wanted to use in the RE Top 10 vid, but couldn't find a spot to make it work! Waiting on a few more moving pieces and then HOPEFULLY we can push it out by next week!

060

Brunty @brunty023.bsky.social · 08/02/2026

About half way done through the edit! But about to make a LOT of progress today... Also, probably the first Drum and Bass song I've used in a list edit!

070

Brunty @brunty023.bsky.social · 29/01/2026

So, I don't know how long this will take... BUT, I can say... It's happening! Making this one a special one just like the RE Top 10 List vid! HOPEFULLY, I'll be able to get a cameo of someone of the achievement hunting kind... (can't guarantee it)

1132

Brunty @brunty023.bsky.social · 24/01/2026

So here's the thing... I only ever got the Kiwami 3 / Dark Ties demo for two reasons... 1. The music, which I recorded on my end for editing purposes. 2. Finding combo tech if it was possible! Does the demo change my mind to get the game when it launches? No, still not buying it!
